    I’m writing to tell you the story of our dog Bud.
    Bud, was named that after being rescued from a marijuana grow house in Stockton and certain euthanasia on 8-6-13.
    The good people of Sammie’s Friends in Nevada Co. drove out to Stockton under the advisement of one of the officers, who told them that Bud was a very sweet and loving dog who deserved a chance to thrive.
    I immediately fell in love with Bud and proceed with the adoption paperwork and paid all fees. The last step in our process was to introduce Bud to our current dog, which was supposed to happen this weekend. However, Bud was stolen from the shelter…
    On Saturday 8-23-13, a woman described as tall and thin walked in, took bud from his kennel and drove off in what was described as a dirty, full truck.
    this is from Sammie’s Face Book Plea;

    STOLEN FROM THE SHELTER TODAY:
    Bud, a blue pit bull boy. We’re devastated. Please, if you have any information, call the shelter at 530-471-5041.

    Bud need meds for his neutering that was done last weekend as well.

    If you can find it in your heart to post this story somewhere, and just be on the look out for Bud, we would be forever thankful!

    Donna Martinez

    Please share this with any and all who may be able to help
